Welcome & Introductions

Barbara Bloom's presentation: Attendees felt this was a good presentation.

Bye Bye Birdie: Awesome. Thank you to Connie Thoma and all the parents involved in these 2 events. Very good job done by all!

Thank You from the Adventures in Learning Group. Nicole Williams sent a note of thanks with all the kids signatures for helping financially with the school store getting in place for next yr.

Laurie Singer: ADL plans/goals. For next yr: differentiated instruction, literacy, integrational technology. Teams: working w/ middle school consultant in June and throughout the year.

Grade Reports:

• Incoming 6th grade information night is June 1st at 6:30PM.
• 6th grade Olympics on 6/10 or 6/11. Info to follow. Need parent volunteers.
• 7th grade Medieval Night is Thursday May 28th. Sign ups for volunteers coming soon.
• 7th Grade Montreal trip is June 2nd.
• 8th Grade French trip is May 28th.
• 8th grade spaghetti night Tues May 19th. Laurie Lavalle coordinating volunteers, shopping and decorating.

Teacher Appreciation: Awesome Job!! Teachers were feeling very pampered. Thanks to all!

Book Sale: totals $1310.88 (sales were down) Book credit was 655.44.
Balance: $1946.59 Check from Box tops was about $85.00.

Dance: Friday May 15th.

June Promotion night and dance for 8th graders: Wednesday June 10th.

Meeting dates: June 4th with school report night. Laurie looking for requests from parents of what she can include in report night. Please email or call her.

Barbara Bloom requested funds to purchase perennials for the flower boxes. $50.00 will be allotted to help spruce up the gardens. Marie Schonholtz contacted also regarding Countryside's plant swap and possible donations to go to ADL.
